Description:

Slotting unit
1. Upper slot shaft is φ156mm, lower slot shaft is φ156mm, up an down pressing roller is 110mm, with helical waste slot to remove the dust.
Single shaft double slot, one lead screw, to make the movement flexible and accurate.
2. The four blades adjust the box height synchronously and electrically, adopt internal tooth structure, the lubricating oil will not dirty the box.
3. The thickness of the slot blades is 7mm, after heat treatment and grinding, double edge cutting knife, the blade is sharp and high degree of precision.
4. The slot phase adopts PLC touch screen control and electric 360°adjustment.
5 The axial direction of upper and lower slot shaft, up and down pressing roller is adjusted synchronously an electrically. The lower slot shaft adopts pneumatic lock.
